·                     Evaluate existing paradigms to determine barriers to goal achievement.

·                     Implement the principles necessary to make objective decisions.

·                     Learn relaxation and focusing techniques.

·                     Overcome obstacles that get in the way of "getting the job done"!

COURSE OUTLINE

 

 

1.       Introduction

·                     "The Search for Clarity."  A discussion focusing on choices and direction.

·                     Icebreaker:  "Random Roam."

 

2.       Techniques

·                     "Decision Making:  Goal Setting, Goal Getting."  Knowing what you want and defining how to get it.

·                     "Centering."  Uncover unharnessed potential and answers.

·                     "S.M.A.R.T. Goals."  Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time Targeted.

 

3.       Principles             

·                     "Principled Goal Setting."  Knowing what your principles are.  What do you want?  Do you know?

·                     "Overcoming Obstacles."  Identify what gets in the way so you can control it.

·                     "Clearly Now."  An illustration to identify priorities, clarity, and life management.

·                     "The Problem with Goal Setting."  Difficulties you might run into.  Know your personal triggers.

 

4.       Closure

·                     "Unstoppable Performance."  Looking ahead and keeping the pace everyday.
