1. Introduction · "Skills for the Future.” A lecture illustrating the needs of a changing corporate world and how we need to keep pace. · Icebreaker: “How Open Are You to Widening Your Perspective?"
2. Principles · "The Thinking Process." Focuses on the mental dynamics of problem solving and where we can fall into boxed traps. · “The Search for Clarity.” A discussion focusing on choices and direction. · "Centering for Goal Getting." A technique to help you focus and make better decisions. Ideal for strategizing and planning.
3. Techniques · Problem Solving: Expanding Your Horizons." A comparison of several contemporary problem solving techniques. · "Lateral Versus Vertical Thinking." · “The Art of Storytelling.” The heart of manifesting creativity is being able to think and tell an idea as elaborately and descriptively as possible. Learn this priceless and age old tool to help foster ideas, strategies, projects and needs assessments. · "Synergy-Synergies." Do more with less as we explore the benefits of working with others to fuel creativity, as each person brings different tools, ideas and strengths to the table. · "Personality Profile". Identify yours and others' personality types. Learn the tools to listen and consider different ideas from different people.
